DR. MENGE
Dr. Haley A. Menge

Dr. Haley A. Menge has been passionate about eye care since her first pair of glasses in the second grade. She grew up on a farm/ranch, and after graduating from Saco, Montana, Haley attended Montana State University in Bozeman, graduating with highest honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology & Neuroscience. She was recognized for being one of the few students finishing with a 4.0 GPA. Dr. Menge received her doctorate in optometry, with distinction, from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. Her clinical experience includes the Wind River Indian Health Service in Fort Washakie, Wyoming, Roseburg Veteran Affairs Hospital in Roseburg, Oregon, Pacific Eye Clinic in Portland, Oregon, and Teplick Custom LASIK in Beaverton, Oregon. There, Dr. Menge gained experience managing ocular disease, ocular trauma, contact lenses, dry eyes, and managing refractive surgery patients.
After practicing for several years and seeing an increase in the number of patients who would benefit from vision therapy; Dr. Menge zealously pursued additional education and training in developmental optometry and vision therapy through the Optometric Extension Program. Dr. Menge finished the Core Clinical Curriculum through the Optometric Extension Program, requiring 135 clinical hours of continuing education to complete, and is also a clinical associate. Dr. Menge is thrilled to be offering vision therapy and developmental optometry at Hi-Line Eye Care.

Dr. Menge is happy to be back in northeastern Montana and lives in Glasgow, MT with her husband, Patrick, and their sons, Luke and Drew. They enjoy spending time wrangling their two toddlers, camping, fishing and boating at Fort Peck Lake, gardening, establishing a tree shelter belt homesteaders would envy, visiting family and friends, and their German Shorthair Pointer Mieke.
